Yesterday I came in to get my nails done for my birthday, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the experience.

It’s been a really stressful week for me, and I was feeling quite overwhelmed trying to choose a design. Nina was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She took her time with me and made me feel completely at ease, which meant more than I can put into words.

I absolutely love my nails, they’re the one thing that’s gone right this week without any stress, and they’ve genuinely made my birthday. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Nina.

I visited Koko Nail Salon during my one-hour work break on Friday, 30th January, and even though the salon was extremely busy, the team welcomed me so kindly. I had limited time and requested to finish within an hour, and they managed it so professionally without making me feel rushed.
I noticed several pre-booked clients arriving at the same time, yet the team handled everything calmly and efficiently. I'm good at observation, and it was genuinely impressive to see how well they worked together and managed customers as a team.
I hadn't even planned a nail design, and they helped me decide on black nails, which turned out beautiful. The service, teamwork, and attitude were excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again.
